There is developed and implemented a set of measures for the labor protection, corporate events and cultural free-time activities of the employees. The enterprise pays great attention to promoting of healthy lifestyle, physical education and sports.
The social policy of the company is not limited to strengthening of the social base of the employees. It aims also to participate in the public life providing support to various social activities in the field of culture and sports, preservation of cultural heritage and spiritual values and development of talents.
